This magnificent, two bedroom cottage is ideal for couples, friends or family wanting to enjoy a touch of luxury, as well as being in a central location to discover some of the Lake District's most loved attractions. It comes with many interesting perks, with one street parking permit available, as well as use of the owner's boathouse to store watersporting equipment such as paddleboards.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Rose Cottage has internal stairs between the upper and lower floors. Due to the steps it is not suitable for wheelchair access.

The kitchen is a large space with a well-equipped and modern kitchen. It’s fitted out with integrated appliances, a large oven, induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. Open a bottle of wine and gather around the dining table with your loved ones to enjoy a sumptuous meal, or make the most of your rural location by venturing outdoors to have an alfresco meal in the stunning garden.
Lounge
As you enter the hallway, take off your jackets and shoes and make yourself at home; unwind in front of the television in the sitting room, and feel the warmth from the glow of the electric fire. Unwind in the stunning sitting room, with beautiful sash windows allowing plenty of light. The electric fire is perfect for those chillier nights to cosy up in front of the TV.
Bedrooms
Head up to the first floor where you’ll find a magnificent master super king size bedroom with large fitted wardrobes and stunning windows letting in plenty of light. The super king size bed also has an integrated tv with Netflix and Amazon. You will also find a second super king size bedroom with the beds featuring a zip and link being able to split into twin beds.
Bathrooms
There is a beautifully appointed bathroom with a large contemporary white and black colour scheme with a large bath, separate shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
Garden
Outside you can enjoy the garden, sip a coffee and take a moment to just enjoy the fresh air. There is a BBQ for alfresco dining, providing a luxurious end to each day, under the starry skies.
Step outside of the apartment front door and you’re right in the centre of the bustling Windermere town, with an endless choice of shops, pubs and cafes on your doorstep, which can get a little busy in peak times.
